OUR HISTORY

The business was founded in 1943, as a grocery store, which following, indeed often even anticipating, customer requests, has landed in the world of gastronomy with traditional recipes of Emilian cuisine, always maintaining the highest quality of the ingredients.

PHILOSOPHY AND TRADITION

The choice of quality ingredients from our areas and the use of techniques handed down to us by our grandmothers are the basis of our company philosophy, all brought to the present, with the skill and technique perfected over the years.

OUR PRODUCTION

Since 1995 we have been on the small catering market with a wide range of first and second courses, even with side dishes, to meet the needs of lunch away from home.
